Our Intervention

Increase in brand growth compared to those in the industry within the first month. The brand also experienced over 100% more customer interactions in comparison to typical industry standards and approximately 300% improvement as compared to before our interventions.

When Meat Mania came to us the business had recently come under new ownership after being closed for 6 months. Additionally, not only was there great competition within close proximity, all of potential clients had existing meat providers. It was clear that in order to allow Meat Mania to become the success that it’s new ownership desired, we would need to craft a blue ocean strategy not only to distinguish the business, but also to deliver the value that they desired.

Optimising the value proposition so that everyone benefits

  • Based on Meat Mania’s leadership, we were able to understand the guiding value oriented principles the brand espoused. We conducted focus groups and defined gaps needing to be addressed. From there we found the alignment between brand value and customer need to create the core identity rooted in an everyman archetype.

  • At the core of the identity lies the idea of meeting the needs of families. This is reflected in the tagline “Enough for Everyone” as well as the ne logo.

    The new logo mark is dynamic, versatile and immediately situates the viewer not only as to the industry but also the value set of the company by extrapolation i.e. a full cooking pot.

    In addition to the logo system and animated mark, we also created an iconography system that taken together represent a strong visual identity.

  • We also created the auditory identity of Meat Mania. The custom music rests on a backbone of percussion entirely composed of the sounds of food preparation and cooking.

  • Finally we brought all of the various facets together in campaigns designed to raise brand awareness and walk customers into a place of trust.

    We continue to work with Meat Mania to strategise and respond to their emerging needs as well as those of their clients.
